HISTORY, EXPERIENCE AND VALUES
Even though Ivan has built Air Force to be a sizable company, he can still be found helping with equipment installations and service work. He truly loves our industry and working with his hands but most of all he truly enjoys helping home owners solve their home comfort problems. He is the cornerstone on which the company is built.
Since 2005 Air Force Heating and Cooling has grown consistently. We currently have 8-10 key team members averaging 500 annual installations. With our current loyal client base and reputation, we are on course to double in size over the next 5 years. The growth has been steady primarily to Ivan’s leadership and his commitment to our client’s satisfaction and his core values.
We still operate on old school principles, “honouring our word” being paramount. Anyone you deal with in our company is a seasoned professional, who’s key motivating factor is helping our clients. We want honesty, integrity and respect to be the reasons why home owners decide to do business with us, not gimmicks, half truths or manipulation.

I chose Air Force Heating because of their competitive prices, their warranty and maintenance assurances, and the fact that when I e-mailed them I didn’t get an auto-generated response from a computer. They came, were courteous and professional, did an amazingly tidy job, and cleaned up after they left. After it was installed they also led me through the system, how it works, how to look after it, and how to program my thermostat. In, general I don’t think it could have gone any better 🙂

I got an AC unit installed and the entire process was great. The owner (coordinator) was honest and easy to deal with. There were some unique issues with the building code requirement with my home and the coordinator addressed it with his full attention. During the installation, the crew laid down blankets and boards to avoid bringing in dirt into the house. I highly recommend Ivan and his crew.

Ivan and his team were simply AMAZING!! From the hassle-free quote to the following week’s installation. I even made a mistake and told them to put the unit in the wrong spot, when I called Ivan back he was so polite and understanding and was back at my house with his team bright and early on Monday morning to fix my mistake and move the AC unit.
